* Measurements are for the circumference. The lingerie is stretchy, the first size chart is the product as you see it but it extends up to the second size chart. 

If the boob circumference is 34" (86 cm) & the under boob circumference is 30" (76 cm) per example, the size Small would be the right size. I recommend leaving about 7"-10" (18 cm to 25 cm) of free space for the boob circumference based on the second chart for the ruching effect.
